Culinaria is the creation of long-time Lawrence residents, Aaron and Regan Pillar, opening as a catering company in 2009 and transforming into a weekend restaurant in the fall of 2017. Located in one of east Lawrence’s most historic buildings, Culinaria features made-from-scratch, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, delicious wines and both classic & craft cocktails.

Reopened April 15, 2021, Culinaria features a large, outdoor area for patio dining (weather permitting) along with indoor dining and curbside take-out.
